These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of items on explorenaturewithbo.com.

Payment
Payment can be made using the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Dankort, among others.
Countries
We deliver to countries all over the world. In addition to the price of the product, shipping cost must be added, which is generally € 7 for shipments in Denmark and € 14-22 to other countries.
Ordering and delivery
When you place an order, you will automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your order. The ordered items will normally be shipped to the customer 1-2 business days after the order date. Deliveries are sent from our stock in Denmark with either PostNord or GLS to your home address. Once the products have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Right of cancellation
We offer a 14-day right of cancellation for private customers, starting from the day you receive the product. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. You can cancel an order by sending an email to info@explorenaturewithbo.com.
Returning the item and return costs
If you have cancelled the purchase of an item, you must send it to NaturTanken, Juni Alle 140, 2860 Søborg, Denmark no later than 7 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay for the return of the item yourself. Once we have received the item, we will refund your payment within 14 days. However, shipping costs are not refundable.
Complaints – If there is something wrong with the product
If you buy a product and there is a defect in it – for example, missing pages in a book – we generally comply with the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act. It means that you have a 2-year right of complaint, which runs from the day you receive the product. To make a complaint, simply send the defective product together with the order number and a description of the defect to our postal address (see above). If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your expenses including shipping costs (according to PostNord’s standard rates).
